a. Used credits:

• We do not offer refunds for successfully generated content. We only offer refunds to standing balance in credits for issues related with generating content. To be eligible you must proof of issue.

b. Standing Balance:

• If you have a standing balance over 100 credits on your Neuralarts account, you may request a refund of the remaining balance (exchange rate is fixed based on day and type of purchase). The request must be made within 14 days of the last transaction that contributed to the balance.

2. Refund Process

• To initiate a refund request for used credits or a standing balance, please contact our support team at support@neuralarts.com. Provide detailed information about your purchase and the reason for your refund request.

b. Review Process:

• Our team will review your request and may require additional information to assess your eligibility for a refund.

c. Decision:

• We will notify you of the decision regarding your refund request within a reasonable timeframe. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method for coins or returned to the original source for standing balance.

3. Exceptions

• Refunds will not be provided for credits and stabding balances that have been substantially used or if there is evidence of fraudulent activity.
